Looks like the Gates Foundation is behind the Zika virus outbreak in Brazil. They released GM mosquitoes in Brazil and Florida where there are numerous cases of Zika.

Now Gates is eagerly trying to release a vaccine along with even more GM mosquitoes to "fix" the problem.
